Meet Lyndsey

Broker Associate

Lyndsey's real estate career began in 2005, launching her into the world of Boston real estate marketing with The Collaborative Companies (TCC). As an on-site sales agent, she honed her skills on large-scale new construction projects. After obtaining her broker's license, Lyndsey transitioned to leading marketing and sales for Cresset Development's residential projects. This experience with a small but impactful Boston-based developer provided invaluable exposure to all facets of the development process, from acquisitions and financial modeling to fundraising, permitting, zoning, market underwriting, and direct management of equity partners, investors, and attorneys. Notably, she spearheaded the conversion of a 60-unit historic shoe warehouse into coveted exposed brick and beam lofts in Boston's South End.

Lyndsey's passion lies in both the intricacies of investor/developer deals and the personal connection of helping buyers find their dream homes. As a North Shore native, her deep understanding of the region makes her an invaluable asset to both buyers and sellers. A four-year sojourn in Dublin, Ireland, due to her husband's work, further enriched her perspective, giving her unique empathy and insight into the challenges and excitement of relocating clients. She expertly guides them through the logistical complexities while celebrating their milestones.

Prior to joining The Agency, Lyndsey honed her skills at Compass, starting in 2022. Raised in Boxford, MA, amidst a large extended family, Lyndsey's North Shore roots drew her back to the area after graduating from Bowdoin College in Maine and spending five years in Cambridge and Boston. Since 2007, she and her husband have called a historic home in downtown Salem home, captivated by the city's vibrancy, diversity, waterfront access, and unique charm. Outside of real estate, you'll likely find Lyndsey exploring Salem with her two children, whether at the world-renowned Peabody Essex Museum, enjoying Salem's diverse culinary scene, or searching for seals in Salem Harbor from her boat.
