He knows what are true comps, and knows what comps don't make sense. He knows how to value a property, whether he is representing the buyer or seller. Mike is also a strong negotiator. We took a very aggressive stance on the sales price of a house, and Mike got us there. Further, even after a deal was made, and the inspection went poorly, as our buyer's agent, Mike facilitated a further reduction in the price and kept the whole deal from blowing apart. Mike had a great bedside manner, was extremely responsive, and ultimately very helpful.
