Meet Brian Snell

Brian is a practicing attorney in Marblehead. After years of buying and selling properties for himself and advising others from the side lines, Brian is adding real estate sales to his list of offerings. He is excited to kick this enterprise off with The Agency.

Brian's journey to The Agency began with a career in Banking. He progressed through jobs in Audit, which sharpened his attention to detail, and Capital Markets, that developed his negotiating skills. From there, Brian transitioned to a career in providing legal services. After a brief period of time with a local North Shore law firm, Brian opened his own practice where he concentrates on Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration and Elder Law. Having worked with hundreds of clients over the years, Brian has seen it all and will be able to pull a variety of resources and skills into your real estate search.

Brian's particular experience in Elder Law will bring a welcoming and comfortable demeanor that will put all clients, but especially older adults, at ease. He has assisted many older adults, and their adult children, with the downsizing process and is also familiar with transitions to assisted living and long-term care environments.

Brian began his life on the North Shore and made the decision to relocate to Marblehead five years ago. However, his previous addresses in Lynn, Lynnfield, North Andover, Reading and Salem provide him with a wealth of information just waiting for you to tap into. He and his wife Linda have raised three beautiful young women and have welcomed a son-in-law and two granddaughters to their family. He looks forward to helping you in whatever way he can.
