As a trusted real estate advisor for the past six years, Patrick Fallon combines deep market knowledge with a results-driven approach shaped by a prior 40-year career in technology sales and services. His earlier work in energy-efficient building design helped influence the original Massachusetts state building code, and he later led sales efforts for industry pioneers in computer-aided engineering and enterprise software, including Computervision, Cadence, Oracle, and IBM.

A long-time Marblehead resident, Patrick and his wife raised three children in the local school system. He brings not only professional insight but also a deep commitment to the community he proudly calls home—helping clients find their ideal property with integrity, care, and local expertise.
